Meet Kate!Kate takes pride in being an inclusive, fun, and detail-oriented hairstylist. Currently based in Brooklyn, NY, Kate has been working in hair since 2017 and as an educator since 2019. She has experience in editorial, television, bridal, and theater as well. Her work specialties include curly hair, vivid colors, and lace wig making. Kate’s passionate creativity and love of the conventional and unconventional sides of art and beauty allow them to think beyond just what a good hairstyle means, and consider the larger impact hair has on all of us.
EthosThe goal is more than good hair. Kate has a true desire to make art with her work, and create a safe environment for everyone she has the privilege to have in her chair. Everything from a bang trim to a full style transformation means the chance to make someone feel confident, and Kate takes that mission serious.
